Host an Afternoon Social Event
Lake Breeze Terrace is a great place for daytime graduation parties, baby and wedding showers, birthday parties and the like. The Afternoon Social package is for a party or an event hosted in the day or afternoon. It includes everything needed for a beautiful lake view celebration. This package includes the venue rental, up to 100 people, indoor and outdoor music system, tables and linens (dining, cocktail and serving) setup, and cleanup.
The Terrace has an indoor area that will fit up to 50 people seated for dining and the outdoor area including The Terrace and garden patio increases your dining capacity to 100. The outdoor area includes a dance floor or you can utilize the space with dining tables. As the sunsets, the garden and deck lights click on for a fun garden evening party. Worried about inclement weather? In addition, The Terrace offers an amazing white party tent customized to cover the exterior deck from rain, wind or even intense sunshine.
Additional Services-
Your Afternoon Social can offer bar services which is a free add-on and can be either a Cash Bar, Open Bar or combination of both. We offer a wine, beer, champagne and sodas. Additionally, signature wine drinks such as margarita, wine spritzers, and other frozen drinks are available for fun summer events. However, if you want to bring your own alcohol, there is an additional charge and waiver to sign OR you can waive alcohol all together for the evening without charge. The Bar Services includes the necessary staff to serve at the bar, the glassware, and the alcohol for the event duration and if requested we can setup an additional outdoor Tiki bar.
Event Coordinator? Yes. An Event Coordinator is part of the package. She will help to assure that all your required setup and deliveries are as planned. Want to add your colors or decorations? Of course, come in any time after noon and get decorating. We have a brochure available for print with all the details.
