Reception: Sunset Wedding Reception

Celebrate your nuptials on the Lake of the Ozarks or at one of our beautiful parks and then enjoy an amazing sunset reception at Lake Breeze Terrace!  The Terrace is beautiful by day and as the sunsets, the garden lighting clicks on for a fun, whimsical effect at night.  It offers an indoor/outdoor reception that includes the venue rental for 8 hours, up to 110 people, tables, chairs, linens, access to outdoor Bose system, setup, and cleanup. It has an indoor area that will fit up to 50 people seated for dining.  The outdoor area including the deck with dance floor and garden patio can increase your dining capacity to 110.

The Terrace also offers bar services for your reception as a free add-on and can be either a Cash Bar, Open Bar or combination of both.   We offer a wine, beer, champagne and sodas;  however, if you want to bring your own liquor, there is an additional charge.  Additionally, signature wine drinks such as margarita, wine spritzers, and other frozen drinks are available for fun summer events.  The Bar Services includes the necessary staff, the glassware, and the beer & wine for the reception. And finally, we do offer a list of local catering and other vender recommendations for great and reliable restaurants.

We have a brochure available for print with all the details.  Items available to rent as part of your special décor or setup and we offer an assortment of appetizers and desserts to add to the celebration.

  • We have to implement a mandatory gratuity for our staff as they always go above and beyond for our customer.  This gratuity goes directly to the staff working the event (except bar which receives tips from the sales at the bar).

We have chosen to include gratuity for event services provided to you by our staff here at Lake Breeze Terrace. The staff is an excellent team of people who truly enjoy providing you the best experience possible and often event staff services are overlooked as a tippable service.

When you select SUBMIT, this process will continue on to a cart/checkout screen where you can again review the information and either pay it in full or (for larger events only) pay the deposit of 50% . A payment must be made to hold the date. Going forward the balance will be due 30 days prior to the event date. You can request, via the Event Manager, to be placed on a monthly payment schedule with completion 30 days prior to event date. Thank you for considering us to be a part of your special event.
